So glad I found Catalina Appliance Repair when my built-in microwave gave up on me last week! Living in Los Angeles, I needed a local touch, and after a quick online search, their name popped right up. Pretty straightforward experience from start to finish.
Their technician showed up on time and got straight to it—thank goodness for that. He checked everything, explained a few things as he went (even though I didn’t get all of it), and before I knew it, the thing was working again. Something about a worn-out diode? Anyway, he made it look easy.
I've had other service folks in before, but these guys seemed genuinely interested in making sure my microwave repair was done right. Plus, no surprise fees, which was nice! Maybe it was a fluke, but I’d definitely call Catalina Appliance Repair again if something else goes wrong around here.
